EATT — Building a Brand Designed to Scale

EATT is a modern fast-casual food concept based in Whetstone, North London. From the outset, 8mosaic created the brand from the ground up — naming the concept, designing the logo, and bringing EATT to market with a clear commercial objective: build something that could scale.

Following launch, our focus shifted from visibility to infrastructure. We pushed the brand locally to establish demand, while simultaneously building the systems required for growth. This included clear brand standards, logo usage rules, and a structured social media framework that could be repeated across locations without dilution.

Rather than producing one-off content, 8mosaic engineered repeatable brand and content systems. These systems were designed to be deployed, tested, and reused — enabling EATT to grow beyond a single site without reinventing its identity or strategy each time.

As a result, EATT now operates with a proven brand and social framework that has supported new branch openings and underpins its move into franchising. What began as a single location is now positioned as a scalable, franchise-ready concept — built on foundations that can be rolled out consistently as the business expands.
